Put the long grain rice in the pressure cooker. Add cream, milk, and water. Stir the mixture gently and add salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Blend the mixture gently until you mixed well. Close the pressure cooker lid, and set the mode to ”Steam.” Cook for 15 minutes. When the cooking time ends, open the lid and stir the mixture gently. Transfer the cooked dish to serving bowls and serve hot.
